Chardonnay

Our approach to chardonnay is one of exacting precision and restriction of embellishment. The fruit and subsequent wine is raised in a stoic fashion void of any unnecessary interpretation. The objective is to exhibit site character in the most lucid and transparent way possible without the distraction of any extraneous intervention that would callously be imposed in the cellar.
