In keeping with the Brewer - Clifton philosophy, the wines
are offered in a similar way to a tasting menu at a fine-dining
restaurant, where it is only through experiencing the breadth
of our offerings that you will understand our entire appellation
and our brand. We source fruit from several different sites
within a ten mile radius in the Santa Rita Hills appellation
allowing these offerings to showcase the uniqueness and severity
of the area in which our vineyards lie. Hopefully this will
give you a far more complete picture and appreciation of the
forces at work within this area.
Brewer - Clifton wines are sold to select
restaurants and to customers who are on the Mailing List.
We both would like to thank everyone for their interest and
especially thank those early believers who have been on the
Mailing List since the first Brewer - Clifton vintages.

Brewer - Clifton wines are finished with
a traditional wax seal. To penetrate the wax bottle seal,
simply imagine that the wax is not there and drive right through
it with a waiter's style corkscrew. The seal should cleanly
sever as it would if you attempted to cut through it with
a knife. Warming the wax in the palm of your hand for a moment
prior to opening is also helpful.
